After successfully managing Mayflower Care Home in Gravesend, Claudia has returned to Willows Care Home in Romford, where she spent many years earlier in her career building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Claudia first became Home Manager at the start of the pandemic, showing remarkable leadership, dedication, and compassion during an exceptionally challenging time. Her outstanding work in maintaining high standards of care and infection control was recognised nationally when she received the Social Care Covid Hero Award at the East of England Great British Care Awards in 2020.
Now back at Willows, Claudia brings her wealth of experience and passion for person-centred care, continuing to lead her team in providing the highest standard of support to every resident.
