Willows Care Home Achieves Gold Standards Framework Accreditation

We are incredibly proud to share some wonderful news with our residents, families, and community. Willows Care Home in Romford has officially been awarded the Gold Standards Framework (GSF) Quality Hallmark Award, recognising the high standard of person-centred end-of-life care we provide within our home.

After completing the full GSF Accreditation Assessment, we received confirmation that our team has successfully met the high level of quality required to achieve this respected national award. This recognition reflects the commitment, compassion, and hard work of every member of our staff team, all of whom contribute daily to the supportive and dignified care we provide.

The GSF focuses on ensuring that residents nearing the final stages of life receive coordinated, thoughtful, and personalised care. Going through this process has helped strengthen the way we plan ahead with residents and families, communicate clearly, and ensure that every individual’s wishes are respected. We are thrilled that our approach has been recognised at such a high standard.

Receiving this accreditation means a great deal to us at Willows. It reflects the dedication and genuine care our staff team brings to their roles each and every day. More importantly, it represents the reassurance we strive to give to residents and their loved ones: that their comfort, dignity, and choices remain at the heart of everything we do.
