Over the past 12 months, our incredible residents have been pouring their hearts and souls into the ‘On the Map’ project in collaboration with the wonderful team from Equal Arts generously supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund. The result was a stunning display of poems, a tapestry, drawings, crafts, and podcasts all lovingly created by our residents.
The podcasts were particularly special, featuring interviews where our residents shared their life stories, work experiences, and how they came to live at Willows Care Home. Each podcast concluded with a song that held personal significance for them, creating some truly heartfelt moments for everyone listening.
