Willows has a total of 72 individual bedrooms, spread over three floors. Each has its own team of nursing and care staff dedicated to your welfare. All the bedrooms have an en-suite toilet and washroom, and are equipped with wifi, TV points and a nurse-call system.
Nursing and care staff are on hand 24/7, and our dedicated teams of chefs, activities, cleaning and housekeeping support them with cleaning and housekeeping.

Each floor also has its own dining room and lounge where you can gather for meals, for group activities or to socialise. Each of the spacious rooms is comfortably furnished, with plenty of space for wheelchairs if you need one. A homely feel is important, so the lounge can be arranged for you to sit in a group to socialise, or to give you quiet space if you prefer.
There is lift access to all floors, and all are wheelchair accessible. Free wifi is available throughout the home, and rooms are equipped with TV points, as well as resident alarms. Our nursing care residents are mostly on the ground floor, where those who are more mobile can get around easily from their own room to the dining room and lounge.
On the second and third floors we have secure floors for residents with dementia, including specialist care for those who are experiencing very severe symptoms, and find day-to-day life particularly challenging.
All of the bright and comfortable rooms at Willows have large windows and en-suite or wet room facilities. Some ground floor rooms also have French windows opening on to the garden.
The large, landscaped garden at Willows is fully wheelchair accessible, and offers plenty of seating space for you and your guests to enjoy on warm days, when the ‘Garden Café’ will provide you with a pot of tea and fresh pastries or cakes. The gated garden is also fully secure, with keypad access in and out, providing a reassuring level of safety for everyone.
