About this role

Lead with heart, lead with purpose as our new Clinical Manager at Hampton Care Home

At Hampton Care Home, our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional care in a place that feels like home. That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated, clinically strong leader to help us build on our high standards and lead our nursing and care teams with compassion, commitment, and clarity.

Location: Hampton Care Home, Hampton House Upper Sunbury Road, Hampton TW12 2DW.

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week

As our Clinical Manager, you’ll work closely with our Home Manager and senior team to ensure every resident receives person-centred care that reflects our values of Care, Family, Honesty, and Commitment. You’ll lead by example, combining clinical expertise with genuine warmth and an unshakeable belief in doing what’s right for residents, families, and your team.

This is a hands-on, values-led role where no two days are ever the same but every one of them matters.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll take the lead in shaping clinical excellence across the home. From mentoring nurses to ensuring every care plan is current, compliant and truly person-centred, your focus will be on quality and consistency. You’ll oversee audits, medication safety, care delivery, training and supervision. You’ll also step up when needed, supporting with on-call duties, staff planning, pre-admission assessments, and contributing to a culture of openness and learning.

And when the Home Manager is away, you’ll be ready to step in, calm, capable, and committed to keeping everything running smoothly.

What you’ll bring:

  • A valid NMC PIN and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
  • Experience in a management or leadership role within a care or nursing home setting.
  • Strong people skills and a team-first attitude — you’re as comfortable guiding a new nurse as you are meeting with a concerned family.
  • Confidence in clinical governance, safeguarding, audits and compliance.
  • A leadership style built on transparency, trust and collaboration.
  • You’ll be a great fit if you love what you do, lead with kindness, and are looking for an organisation that shares your values.
