Romford Greyhound Racing is only just around the corner from Willows Care Home, so it’s a great local day out for our residents, families and friends.

So, this week we all headed out for a day at the races, and with lots of options for lunch, we all indulged in a delicious 3 course meal! Our table was in a great location right next to the big windows that allow you to see all of the action and created a great atmosphere around the table.

The dogs bring back fond memories for our residents, as many are local to the area and this is somewhere they used to come with their friends once upon a time.

A great time had by everyone, we’re sure it won’t be long before we return!
